This Skinning Knife is full tang, 440C stainless steel, and cryogenically hardened with a Rockwell hardness rating of 56-58, fully functional, and very sharp. The sharpening angle is 40 degrees and 20 degrees on each side. All of this is accompanied by a beautifully handcrafted handle with maple, brass, aqua colored acrylic scales held together by brass pins.
