This Capping Knife is full tang, 440C Damascus steel blade and cryogenically hardened with a Rockwell hardness rating of 56-58, fully functional and very sharp. Sharpening angle is 40 degrees and 20 degrees each side. All of this is accompanied by a beautifully handcrafted axis deer antler handle held together by brass pins.
