This Skinning Knife Set is full tang, 440C stainless steel and cryogenically hardened with a Rockwell hardness rating of 56-58, fully functional and very sharp. Sharpening angle is 40 degrees and 20 degrees each side. All of this is accompanied by a beautifully handcrafted handle with acrylic scales and held together by brass pins.
